退款政策
Within 7 days from the date of order arrival, you may request a return or exchange for certain products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
我們提供七天退貨期保障,從收貨日起計七天可申請退貨。如需要退貨,您所持有的商品必須與您收到的商品處於相同的狀態,全新且未磨損或未使用,並且原包裝需處於未開封狀態,另外還需要向我們提供收據或購買證明。
To start a return, you can contact us by Whatsapp. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an message, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us through Whatsapp immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Discounted goods, clearance goods, or gift cards are not accepted for return or exchange. We will reserve our right to reject any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements or returning without our consent, and in that case, no refund will be issued. Any items was returned to us without any consent is not acceptable, and if you wanted to retrieve the returned items, the customer must bear the shipping cost of the returned mail.
不接受享有折扣、清貨產品或使用禮品卡之訂單申請退貨或換貨。我們將保留拒絕任何不符合退貨要求或未經我們同意退貨的商品的權利,在這種情況下,我們將不予退款。任何貨品在未經任何同意的情況下退回是不被接納的,而您想取回退回的貨品,客戶必須承擔退回貨品再寄出的運費。
